The sites below cover university, graduate and research information. If you can't find what your looking for try the HERO site as that links to nearly everything:

• Aimhigher - further education help. A great site to help your career, all the info you need to go into higher education (HE).
  
  
• ASE - Association for Science Education. Subscription services, conference information and book stores.
  
  
• BBSRC - biotechnology and biosciences research council. Covers the science that they fund, how you can get funding yourself etc. A very well put together and informative site.
  
  
• Brighton Uni - the uni in town. Loads of courses, great for arts and architecture.
  
  
• HERO - UK university guide. The official gateway site to the UK's universities, colleges and research organisations.
  
  
• Human Nature Review - resource guide. writings and discussions on anthropology, artificial intelligence, cognitive science, evolutionary psychology, sociobiology, hermeneutics and so on.
  
  
• National Postgraduate Committee - for postgraduates in the UK. You need as much as much help as you can get being a postgrad, let this site make it easier.
  
  
• National Union of Students - student representation group. Details of welfare advice and information to clubs and societies, student community action projects and charity fundraising events.
  
  
• NUS-USI - Union of Students in Ireland . Many relevant articles and discussions, covering many different fields such as student hardship, health, prejudice and accommodation.
  
  
• Prospects - graduate careers. A great site to help you decide upon a path and find that perfect job.
  
  
• Quality Courses - learn Spanish. Info rich and easy to use. I think we should all spend some extensive time abroad for at least some of our lives, why not do it in sunny Spain learning a lovely language.
  
  
• Sussex Uni - the one out of town. A great uni, a lovely campus surrounded by fields and lots of outstanding courses, especially in biological sciences.
  
  
• UK Study - English language schools. Learn English in England at UK language schools, colleges and universities. UK Study finds quality courses for international students - a free service!.
  
  
• UCAS - higher education admission. All the college and university courses available to you.
  
  
• University of East Anglia - yep it's not just farmers' boys with big ears. Face it, Norwich is pretty rubbish, but at least it has a good Uni; not least known for it's great writing courses.
  
  
• Universities UK - bit like a university union. Government policies, conferences etc., ideal info site for the budding student union representative.
